To create these you can purchase the MDF blank fans on Amazon/ Alibaba or use the SVG file included to cut on cardstock and then sublimate. 

The template will work in MDF fans with these dimensions: 180 mm width / 278 mm height (7" inches x 10.94 inches"). You can purchase them in Alibaba.
